A.TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, DEFERMENT, AND CANCELLATION
付款，延期，取消的条款和条件

1. PAYMENT 付款

1.1 The full amount of the fees shall be paid in cleared funds no less than eight (8) weeks before the first day of the program. 全额学费须在开学第一天的前八（8）个星期前支付。

1.2 If an applicant fails to comply with condition 1.1, Le Cordon Bleu is entitled to cancel his/her place on the program and the application fee will not be refunded. 如果申请没有遵照执行条款 1.1，蓝带国际上海分校有权取消他/她的课程位置，同时入学管理费将不予退还

1.3 All fees are payable in CNY only. Payment may be made by: 所有学费以人民币结算。

1.4 The student is required to send a copy of the transfer form to the Admissions office immediately so that they can match the payment received. 学生需向学校招生处发送一份付款凭证，学校能够立即核对收到的付款。

1.5 It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that his/her bank clearly indicates the student’s name, program requested, and date of entry on the transfer form. Failure to clearly identify funds may lead to delayed enrollment and to cancel the application. 学生有责任确保他/她银行的转账单上明确显示学生的姓名、申请课程、入帐日期。未能清楚地确定学费的来源可能导致入学延迟，并被取消申请。

1.6 Students are required to pay all bank fees incurred when transferring funds. Any bank fee deduction on the global expected amount will be charged to the student. 学生须承担银行转账时产生的所有费用，学校所得金额中被银行扣除的任何手续费将在入学后向学生收取。

2. DEFERMENT 延期

2.1 An applicant may defer only once the commencement of his/her program to a later term, by providing written justification six (6) weeks prior to the first day of the program. The permitted maximum length of the deferment is three (3) months from the original requested entry date. 申请人只能有一次机会推迟他/她的课程至以后的学期，在开学第一天的六（6）个星期前提供书面理由。延期所允许的最大长度是从原来要求入学日期顺延三（3）个月。

2.2 In the hypothesis of the accepted deferment, applicable terms, conditions, and tuition fees are those in force at the time of the student’s transfer notice. Should the school be unable to place the student in a later program (based on the Le Cordon Bleu scheduled calendar), the school will refund the fees paid less the non-refundable admission fee. 假设延期获准，入学条款、条件和学费将按照学生获得转期通知的新学期为准。如果学校无法安置学生进入下一期的课程（根据蓝带国际的课程日历），学校将退还所支付的学费，入学管理费不予退还。

2.3 Cancellation of the deferred program, the school will refund the fees paid less the non-refundable admission fee. 如取消已经延期的课程，学校将退还所支付的学费，入学管理费不予退还。

2.4 An applicant or student enrolled in a Diploma or the Grand Diploma options cannot postpone the date of entrance in the Intermediate and/or Superior levels. 申请人或学生就读证书或大证书课程的，不能推迟中级和/或高级课程的入学日。

3. CANCELLATION 取消

3.1 An applicant who, having accepted a Confirmation of Enrollment offered by the school, gives notice in writing to cancel more than six (6) weeks prior to the commencement of the program, shall be entitled to a refund of all payments made, less the admission fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received six (6) weeks or less before the start of the program. 申请人已接受学校提供的入学确认函，在课程开学日前六（6）个星期以前取消课程的，应有权要求退还支付的所有款项，需扣除管理费。在课程开始前六（6）个星期以内或更短时间取消课程的将不予退款。

3.2 If a student fails to complete a program for any reason whatso-ever, no refund of fees or reduction in fees payable shall be made. Le Cordon Bleu will not refund program fees once the program has started. 无论学生因为何种原因未能完成所修课程，将不予退款或减免应付学费。一旦课程开始，蓝带国际上海分校将不予退还课程学费。

3.3 In the unlikely event of a program being cancelled by the school, any payments made by the student in advance will be refunded in full, or transferred to another program the student selects. 如果由于学校的原因取消课程，学校将全额退还之前学生支付的所有款项，或根据学生的选择转至另一个课程。 I understand that I am required to notify Le Cordon Bleu of any amendments regarding the stated information. Misrepresentation of any or all material can result in non-acceptance or termination of enrollment without any reimbursement of fees paid. 我了解，我需要通知蓝带国际上海分校关于上述有关信息的改变。任何或所有失实的陈述可能导致招生不予录取或终止入学，所涉费用将不予退还。

B. ADMISSIONS POLICY

1. OFFERS 入学

Offers of course placements will be based on the assessment of the admissions jury having considered the extent to which the qualifications, proficiencies, and aspirations of the applicant are matched by the courses offered by Le Cordon Bleu. 学生是否能入学取决于招生委员会的考量和评估，将根据申请人的学历、志向和愿望以及与蓝带课程所匹配的程度决定。

2. APPROVAL 获准

Approval for admission will be given once the terms and conditions of Le Cordon Bleu have been fully satisfied. Due consideration will be placed on the students’ motivation to achieve the qualifications offered by Le Cordon Bleu and their future aspirations expressed in the “letter of motivation”. In the event that we are unable to offer a place at Le Cordon Bleu, an appeal can be lodged, in writing within 14 days, to the Academic Director of Le Cordon Bleu Shanghai, whose decision in these matters is final.完全满足和遵照蓝带国际上海分校的条款将被获准入学。入学考量将基于学生学习蓝带课程的学习动机，并在“动机信”中表达他们对未来的期望。如果未获批准在蓝带国际上海分校学习机会的，可以在14天内以书面形式提出上诉，蓝带国际上海分校的学术主任将在这些问题上作最终的决定。

3. GENERAL 一般信息

No student shall be entitled to use the name and/or logo “LE COR-DON BLEU” and/or similar names or logos under any circumstance or at any time or in any place (including internet), whatsoever whether before, during, or after their training and whether as a trade mark, company, or trading name, domain name, or other-wise. All students should respect the internal rules of the school. The school reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the enrollment procedure and/or the fees, the organization, the structure of any or all of its programs. Le Cordon Bleu declines all liability in case of accident, loss, damage, civil responsibility of the student or other similar cases. Le Cordon Bleu strongly suggests that the student takes the appropriate insurance to cover such risks. 学生无权使用“LE CORDON BLEU蓝带国际”的名称和/或商标”和/或类似的名称或商标，在任何情况下，或在任何时候，或在任何地方（包括互联网），无论是否在培训之前、期间或之后，作为商标、公司或商业名称，域名，或其他。所有学生都应遵守学校的内部规章。学校有绝对的酌情权修改招生程序和/或费用，以及任一或全部的课程组织与结构。万一发生意外、丢失、损坏，学生的民事责任或其他类似案件，蓝带国际上海分校不承担任何责任。因此，蓝带国际上海分校强烈建议学生购买适当的保险，以保障这些风险所产生的损失。

C.LE CORDON BLEU’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
蓝带知识产权

Le Cordon Bleu vigorously defends its trade marks, copyright materials and other intellectual property rights and will take action to prevent any breach of its rights, including by claiming financial compensation. 蓝带积极捍卫其商标、版权材料及其他知识产权，并将采取行动防止任何侵犯其权利的行为，包括要求经济赔偿。

In this section “you” and “your” refer to the student making an ap-plication for studies at the Le Cordon Bleu institute and the terms of this section apply both during and after your studies at the Le Cordon Bleu institute. 在本章中，“您”和“您的”指的是申请在蓝带学习的学生，且本章的条款适用于您在蓝带学习期间及学业完成之后。

TRADE MARKS 商标

Le Cordon Bleu International is the owner of a number of trade marks registered in numerous countries throughout the world for many classes of services and products, which include notably the word mark “Le Cordon Bleu”, the “Le Cordon Bleu” logo (which appears as below), “Grand Diploma”, “Lan Dai” and “Fa Shi Lan Dai” in Chinese characters. 蓝带国际拥有多个在世界各地不同国家注册的商标，提供不同类别的课程服务和产品，包括著名的文字标识“蓝带”、蓝带的图形标识 (图示)、“Grand Diploma”（大文凭）、中文的“蓝带”及“法式蓝带”。

You must not use any of Le Cordon Bleu’s trademarks, or any confusingly similar trademarks, in connection with any activity that is commercial, business-related or professional in its nature or purpose. By way of example, such prohibited use would include use as or as part of a company name, trading name, domain name or email address. 您不得在任何商业、商业相关或专业性质或目的活动中使用蓝带的任何商标，或任何具有混淆性的类似商标。例如，此类被禁止的使用行为包括作为公司名称、品名、域名或电子邮件地址或其一部分使用。

UNIFORMS 制服

After your studies we hope that you will keep and treasure your Le Cordon Bleu uniform and you are, naturally, free to use it in a purely private and non-commercial context. However, cases of misuse of the uniform by alumni have arisen including use in a public and/or business-related setting. 在您完成学业后，我们希望您能保留并珍视您的蓝带制服，并且您可以自由地在纯粹的私人和非商业场合使用它。然而，校友制服使用不当的情况时有发生，包括在公众及/或与商业相关场所的制服使用。

Therefore, please note that you must not wear any part of the Le Cordon Bleu uniform or any other clothing that bears any of Le Cordon Bleu’s trade marks in connection with any activity that is commercial, business-related or professional in its nature or purpose. 因此，请您注意，不得在任何商业、商业相关或专业性质或目的活动中穿着蓝带制服的任何部分，或其他任何带有蓝带任一商标的衣服。

COPYRIGHT MATERIALS 版权材料

The copyright in all learning, pedagogical and other materials provided to you by Le Cordon Bleu during your studies is owned by Le Cordon Bleu International, except for any materials which may be in the public domain and materials used by permission of a third-party copyright owner. 蓝带在您学习期间提供给您的所有学习、教学和其他材料的版权归蓝带国际所有，属于公有领域材料及经第三方版权所有者许可使用的材料除外。

Such materials are provided for your personal educational use only and must not be reproduced, distributed or shared with others, except with the prior written permission of the Le Cordon Bleu institute’s senior management. 这些材料仅供您个人教育所用，不得复制、分发或与他人共享，除非事先得到蓝带高级管理人员的书面许可。
