“Le Cordon Bleu proposes a range of short term culinary discoveriesfor those with a passion for the art of cooking.  These workshops take place in practical ordemonstration classrooms and give participants as much exposure as possible tothe environment of a professional kitchen and a basic concepts to the culinary.12 to 18 people per practical room under the supervision of one fo our chefs towork on techniques and recipes from A to Z.Courses intended for: GourmetEnthusiasts, Beginers, Culinary Professionals.

蓝带国际学院向美食爱好者们提供一系列的短期厨艺探索课程。课程包括西餐料理、甜点、烘培、葡萄酒等主题，所有课程内容均在厨艺示范教室或实操教室内进行，让参与者尽可能地多接触到专业的厨房环境。12-18人的小班授课将在主厨的精心指导下亲手制作主题食谱并提升厨艺技能。课程针对人群：美食爱好者、初学者、厨艺专业人士等。

注：厨艺示范和工作坊课程由蓝带主厨主理，法语/英语授课当堂翻译成中文。申请者必须年满17周岁。
